The Future Food Zone'conference will introduce "Hack Food For Climate Change", a real marathon with the purpose of innovating and finding solutions to reevaluate foodwaste. The "Human Centered Innovation" model is inspired by tech hackathons, wellknown hacks in Silicon Valley, in order to create a new innovation process, a method of cognitive investigation, of deepening and co-creation of value, which will see the participation of Italian high school students coming from different backgrounds. Contamination is a fundamental ingredient to limit the danger of inbreeding and to feed the creative process.
