DIGITAL CRAFTS FOR JEWELS
From the initial design to the final design, up to the rapid prototyping: the course will show the possibilities of 3D modeling and the best strategies for the realization of small jewelry. We will also illustrate the common 3D printing techniques used for the production of jewelry and jewelry.
The goal is to provide industry professionals with a general knowledge of jewelry modeling and rapid prototyping through the use of the 3D printer. The final part of the course will be dedicated to the demonstration of a 3D printing process for the goldsmith sector.

Graduate in civil engineering, he has always followed with great interest the most innovative projects and achievements, in the field of 3D modeling and printing in Italy. His personal experiences include participation at the Maker Faire Rome 2017 where he presented the Rain EcoPower project. The project presented consists of energy recovery from rainwater through micro-hydroelectric plant with elements of the system made with 3D printing.
